"Regularly updated"...hmm...well, I'm not quite there yet on the "regularly updating part" lol but I do enjoy having a conversation with those of you who wish to tune in and listen. The last entry was about being in "expectancy" of my good. I expected good for 2015. I expected it, I've been mentally accepting it before it even appears and guess what...it works. :-)

This year has been amazing so far. I stepped down from my position as Co-Pastor at the Spiritual Living Center of Charlotte on January 25th after 10 years in ministry there with my dear friend Renee' Leboa. My loving and wonderful congregation gave me the best send off party EVER and I remain an active member of this dynamic spiritual community. I have performed and spoken in NC, SC, OR, GA and British Columbia. I'm finishing up the new songs for my upcoming CD project "Free To BE," finishing my book and launching another Living In Solution class in the fall. My life is truly blessed!

I enjoy days like this when I can write to you, make my phone calls, return emails and complete the rest of my work from the comfort of my porch with my dog by my side and the birds chirping around me on a beautiful and sunny 70 degree Carolina day.

To some it might seem crazy to be finishing a book and releasing a CD both within the same time frame but to this Gemini (we hate to be bored) it makes perfect sense. Both the book and this new CD are a deep soul dive into full expression, authenticity and responsibility for life and taking the reins to live it as fully as possible. So whether you are a student, a client, a music fan or just stopped by out of curiosity, I look forward to updating (hopefully a little more regularly) on the expectancy and the experience of the  good in my life. 

Life really is what you make it and our experiences are born out of our beliefs which are born out of the thoughts we continually rent space to in our head. Make it a great life!
